By discussing culture in terms of Stories, Taboos, Artifacts and Rituals we can establish starting and end points for an cultural transformation as well as assess how we are progressing on the journey.
The presentation will include exercises to validate the learning objectives and practice the assessment. The session would be equally divided into explaining the STAR model (1/3), applying it to an Agile journey (1/3) and the exercises (1/3). Attendees will leave with a reference sheet for the STAR model for accessing culture.
